The challenge
The company depended on one-off workshops. Every launch consumed resources, and cash flow became unpredictable toward the end of program cycles. The opportunity was to turn an engaged audience into an ongoing customer relationship.
My approach
01. Grow the audience
Scaled Facebook from roughly 20,000 to 150,000 followers through content, community activity and targeted advertising.
02. Create the funnel
Developed the Lessons in Boldness masterclasses as an entry-level offer and presented a higher-value membership to this warm audience.
03. Launch Holodenko Club
Designed the membership offer and built its first landing page. Pricing included $30 monthly, $300 annually and a $1,500 VIP option.
04. Expand the ecosystem
Created sales funnels for about ten additional trainers and launched related psychology, therapy and business-education programs.
Results & business value
Around 300 people joined at launch, including approximately 250 annual subscribers. The club generated more profit on its first day than the business had made in its preceding year, according to internal results. It continued operating after my departure, supported by lightweight delivery processes.
Long-term product continuity: a membership-based community is still offered through Natalia Kholodenko’s business today. The current club, offers, and pricing have evolved under later management; I led the original membership concept and launch, not its subsequent development. See the current club ↗
How I would build it today
A few practical improvements I would prioritize today:
What this project demonstrates
Created a recurring-revenue product, launched it through an existing masterclass series and expanded the education portfolio. The real value was connecting decisions, teams and execution into a system that could keep improving.
Financial multipliers and launch counts are based on historical internal reporting and recollection.
